Enhance your child's chess skills with our weekend or weekday after-school programs! Weekend sessions offer 75 minutes of engaging lessons on Saturday and Sunday, while after-school classes provide 90-minute sessions with flexible timings from Monday to Thursday. Beginners to advanced players, including those in our specialized JCL Training class, will find a class suited to their level.
Students will engage in chess gameplay, tackle puzzles, and learn strategies and tactics with our experienced coaches. New-to-chess students will learn chess pieces movements and master the basics, while beginners and pre-intermediates players will focus on checkmate patterns, tactics, and opening principles. Intermediate to advanced chess players will explore middle-game strategies, endgame techniques, and opening traps. JCL training students will dive deeper into opening theories, pawn structures, and famous grandmaster games, along with NSWJCL-rated play.
Whether your child is a budding chess enthusiast or a competitive young player, our programs are the perfect place to master the game. Join us today!
We will have multiple chess classes for each timeslot to ensure students are placed in the most suitable groups based on their age groups, skill levels and learning needs.
